Majority of cameras going offline at the same time.

Sometime yesterday (Sept 9), 10 of my 11 cameras went offline that were connected to my homebase 3.

One camera is still operational, Indoor Cam S350. All devices are connected via wifi on the same network.

I have multiple sensors that still appear to be working and reporting correctly. Door and water sensors.

I wanted to reach out before trying to re-add all 10 of these cameras. Wondering if anyone else has seen this issue where the majority of cameras would all go offline at the exact same time, while only one camera seems to be functioning properly?

The camera’s that are offline are 6 different types to include the doorbell. The only camera that seems to be working properly is the S350.

I’ve never had that many all at the same time but have had a couple do it. I have 15 cameras and 7 sensors. I usually restart the home base and that works but some I just unplug the homebase wait a couple minutes and plug back in that always works. But when you “power cycle “ You might have to readd your wifi and password depending on the device. Sometimes they reconnect other times they won’t all depends if your device has the multi bridge option

It would appear that powering down HB3 while also having to disconnect the ethernet cable from the back of HB3 solved the issue. If you just power down, it doesn’t seem to solve it. But when doing both, the cameras slowly began to come back online. Very weird. I’ve had HB3 for a couple years now, but have never seem this with any Home Base.
