Does anyone know how to turn off the auto-pause function? sometimes it stops when I dont want it to. help pls

Hi there! :waving_hand: So sorry for my late response. Thanks so much for reaching out, and we’re really sorry for the trouble with your Sleep A30 auto-pause feature.

To keep your earbuds playing continuously when they detect you’re asleep, please check your settings under “Auto-Switch Once Asleep” and review the following:

If your setting is “Play Local Audio, ANC Off”:

  • Please go to “Audio Library” and select audio from either “Snore Masking” or “White Noise.” Make sure the audio has been downloaded locally.
  • In “White Noise,” you can choose up to three types of white noise to play in combination. When downloading, tap the upward arrow inside the rounded box at the bottom of your screen to start the download.
  • Please note that “Brainwave Audio” can only be played in Bluetooth mode while connected to the network.
  • After confirming your audio is properly downloaded, return to the home page, go to “Audio Settings” → “During Sleep,” and under “Select Sleep Audio,” choose the audio labeled “Local Audio” at the top left.

If your setting is “Keep Audio”:
Please ensure your earbuds are playing audio either in Bluetooth mode or in local mode using the audio you’ve downloaded.

Additionally, please try resetting and reconnecting your earbuds:

  • Reboot your Bluetooth device (e.g., phone). Forget all previous pairing records on your device and disable Bluetooth.
  • Fully charge your earbuds and reset them using the steps below:
  1. Place both earbuds into the charging case and keep the case open.
  2. Press and hold the Reset button on the back of the charging case for 10 seconds.
  3. The indicator light inside the case will start flashing quickly, indicating it is in pairing mode, and will blink slowly once pairing is successful.
  • Turn on Bluetooth on your device, search for “soundcore Sleep A30”, and pair again.
