Maybe a dumb question, but how do I turn off the alarm on my cameras? I just want a notification on my phone when motion is detected, I don’t want an alarm to sound. Can’t figure out how to turn it off.
What model of camera? Had my c220 do this last week for unknown reasons. Till that time, it had been working fine. Had to do a hard reset with the sync button and reinstall. Was ok after that. C220 does not have any setting that would turn on siren when it detected human/motion. Quite baffling.
My cameras are the c2. And perhaps I’m not crazy if the setting doesn’t exist. Baffling, indeed.
You should find that settings in the Home and Away modes.
Tap on the Smart tab then select your camera.
Then open the settings for either Home, Away or what mode you’re in at the moment.
