You should get a motion light or a scheduled timer light above your door. That way there will be enough light for the camera to stay in color mode and it will show better details.

Thanks. They look better in the summer. They still get a bit of charge during the winter months.

I don’t mind it at the front. My corner camera (Previous S340 & Current E30) is in colour mode due to its position on the wall. The Night IR when it hits the brick wall, reflects back into the camera if it is tracking a target.
