Mom Talk | How do you actually get your baby to sleep?

Sleep is a whole journey, and sometimes it feels like pure guesswork! What is the absolute weirdest or most specific way you have to soothe your baby or get them to sleep?
(Do you have to bounce on a yoga ball, play white noise of a vacuum cleaner, drive them around the block, or hold them at a very specific angle?)

Share your sleep tricks and survival stories in the comments!

Rock them to the sound of the meringue album “Suavemente” playlist withOUT the Luna Llena song. That one is the wakeup song. It gets the burps and toots out so baby settles down for sleep.
Or, lay baby across Grandpa’s belly for a nap.

My baby is only 6 weeks old and has only been home for almost 3 weeks since he was in nicu for almost 4, but for the last few days i swaddle him and lay him on my chest while i lay down for a bit until he seems in a deep enough sleep to transfer to his crib
I’ve been bouncing on a yoga ball for a month or so and just recently my baby (5 and half months old) started falling asleep on her own. I just make her tired and feed her and then put paci in her mouth and she falls asleep on her own.
