Motion detection alert after live viewing

Every time I use live view after I close the app I get a motion detection notification

I’m having the same issue on my doorbell. If a motion event occurs, or I do a live view, 5-10 minutes of false positives will follow. There’s no motion at all, but I get an alert. Then it will stop and be fine until the next time one of the above happens.

There’s got to be more help available than “contact customer service.”

Well not always, your problem looks very odd. In this case I’d also suggest writing to support.
