I just installed my 2K floodlight camera 2 days ago. It was working great until today. It will not detect motion/send notification. I have tried everything I can think of and still the same results. I am able to view it just fine from the app and see it’s connected to the wifi. Anybody else with this issue? Been on hold with customer support for about an hour.
Same issue here with the 2k floodlight…heard their was a firmware update that crashed just about everybody’s system! Ive tried everything but removing camera from app and reconnecting it . Gonna try that next
I tried that as well and no luck. Let me know. Will follow up with what customer support says.
My issue has been corrected while on the phone with customer service.
Removed device from App
Held button on top for 12 seconds
Followed all original steps after adding floodlight camera.
Seems to have fixed my issues.

There is a single button on top of the floodlight camera. The same one to sync your device. I’m unsure
