Motion Detection not working right now

My 2k Indoor Cam WAS working after i bought it for about 2 days. Then I noticed i hadn’t received a notification since 6pm the previous day. Settings were the same. So I deleted it and reinstalled it and seemed to be ok. Now its doing it again. It only seems to respond with All other motion detection on. It doesn’t go off with people notification. Can someone help?

Android app or ios?
Version
Check if your notification is not set to sleeping.
Check SD card continuous recording etc.

I have Android 5. There is a setting in Start Manager. Start App when power up.
Yes, it will use up a bit memory.

If it is IOS, I have no idea.
Should send in a service ticket.
