my android phone not alerting and not ring when pressed

Was it working before?
Check the app notification settings for the doorbell and also the Security tab- Home or Away settings notifications.
Restart your phone too.
I get a notification when ita pressed but I do wish it was more like a call notification for me to answer.

I have just been told that The problem with delayed notifications on my dual camera doorbell of up to 20secs is because I have an android phone…
So in that case I suppose that Apple users have the same problem?
Personally I think the fault lies with the Euffy app, because when I first got the doorbell camera,the delay was not as long.
If I get confirmation that Apple users have the same problem then I will be going back to Euffy customer support with that information.
