In the camera settings for motion detection do you have the check boxes checked for Human and Package detection?
Go into the settings to adjust

If adjusting the motion and detection settings doesn’t resolve the issue, try resetting the camera or reconnecting it. Additionally, is there a reason why there’s a black bar in the middle of the scream?
Check the detection zone, you might have created one without knowing it.
Thanks for your reply. The black bar in the middle is normal — the Eufy E340 doorbell uses two cameras, and this is how the combined view is displayed.
I’ve already tried resetting and reconnecting the device, but the detection issue still remains.

Something’s not right… You should have a box next to Human where you can tap on it to put a check mark into it??
In the camera settings do you see Delivery Guard?
The black bar is due to the settings where u can see both cams either as one pic or top and bottom , where the bottom is zoomed on packages 
This is what I understood from Eufy so someone can correct me if I’m wrong .
