My camera C210 makes a lot of noise which is probably the camera clicking picture. It really increases a lot when I am watching TV as it then gets focussed on TV and keeps repeatedly making these click sound.

Is there a way to make the camera silent? Let this clicking sound go away and probably possible for the camera to still function normally ?

It might be it has twisted to the end of its pan range. You could try twisting it manually so it can happily go further around

It could be the night vision lens clicking on and off.
Try turning off Auto Night Vision to see if that is the sound you hear.
