Check your motion detection triggering options/types and see if pet detection is an option.
As already mentioned turn on pets in tracking settings but also extend the range of the detection in the settings it looks like your camera is quite far from that area you need to turn it up so it can detect pets
I’ve been having similar issues with new setup so will try the recommended steps
I’d definitely consider lowering the angle as well.

Did you select pet motion detection as well? I did missed it first and i was dealing with same issue. When pet motion is activated since it is good.
