My camera picks up the door handle outside my soor as a package, creating a false alert. Please advise?

Unfortunately, I don’t think there’s an option to tell it that the door handle is not a package, I don’t know?
You may want to try to set up an Activity Zone for that area to not include the door handle to see if that helps.
Have you reported it via the app? It could be worth excluding it as a “no go zone”
I was thinking of getting one of these for my mother. Are they worth getting ?
