There is some artifical daylight from the next door lights ( I think), but yes this S3 Pro daylight feature is impressive ( i try to avoid using the camera lights on - defeats security at that position - can alert the wrong person).

It is very good, I just don’t need to unless its very dark. Daylight mode in total darkness is slightly grainy pictue without any spotlight on.
