My Eufy lock was a real lifesaver last week. My neighbors son had lost his house key and his parents were at work until around 6:00. I too was at work and unable to open my door to let him in so that he didn’t have to sit on the front porch until they got home. My neighbors son called me and told me of his situation and asked when I would be home. I told him that I had his back, I was able to unlock my front door for him remotely using the app on my phone. I invited him to make himself a sandwich and to feel free to hang out at my place so he could do his homework, or watch tv until his parents got home and were able to let him in. My neighbors were so impressed that they have decided that instead of giving their son a new key to potentially lose that they would purchase a Eufy lock as well, so that they can simply program a code for their son so that he’s never locked out again.
