On Saturday I set up and paired my new homebase 3 with my new e340 dual camera doorbell. It was working well through the weekend and I got alot of footage sat, sun and mon. Monday night I turned on a lab feature called “Daily security reports”.
On Tue night I reviewed the days event showing off to the wife how great the system is and showing how cute my son is when he runs to the doorbell after school that day. I decided to show a previous day’s event when my son ran to the door but Mon and all previous days shows “no events”. I couldn’t figure out why all events on sat, sun, and mon disappeared. I even rebooted homebase to no avail.
The only thing I can think of is that I enabled daily reporting but that doesn’t mean that’s the culprit. Anyone know what’s going on? I’m a new eufy adopter so I’m just hoping it’s just something I don’t understand.
I have an ssd drive in homebase that is showing 100% available so the footage is going to the internal 16G storage first (I assume).
