My floodlight camera lights recently stopped working. The app says there on but the lights will not come on. Any ideas how to fix?

Same issue here.
Just finished installing the flood light cam a few hours ago.
I am very frustrated that the lights some times work and sometimes dont, mostly not.
Need help here
