My floodlight doesn’t like to come on with motion much. Like I’ll be standing outside for minutes moving around barely 10ft in front of it and it will sporadically come on. I haven’t changed any settings and I have it set to “fast”. Any ideas?

Could you please send me the specific settings for your light setting? You can also try increasing the sensitivity to see how it works.
You can try increasing the sensitivity. Make sure night vision is on and working so it recognizes someone is in viee
