My husband and I have Ipads and when he is logged in I do not get notices of events. Since he does not notice or acknowledge the events I am not able to respond to knocks at the door or other events. How can we set the cameras so we both get notices when they occur? This is very frustrating snd I have to log in every time I want to check the events. When I log in, he is knocked off.

Hi, it sounds as though you are using the same account for both iPads…
One iPad needs to be the administrator the other iPad needs its own eufy user account.
The administrator iPad would then send a share email to the other iPad, then you would accept the share devices.
