Do Nothing

Sorry to hear that your left earbud sounds quieter than the right one — this may happen due to earwax or dust blocking the speaker mesh, audio balance settings, or a Bluetooth connection issue. Please try the following steps:

:one: Remove the ear tips and gently clean the metal mesh filter. You can use a few drops of rubbing alcohol on a soft cloth or Q‑tip to wipe the affected area carefully. This helps clear any blockage that may cause uneven sound.
:two: Make sure the charging case has enough power and then reset the earbuds:
• Open the charging case and take out both earbuds.
• Press and hold the touch areas on both earbuds simultaneously for 10 seconds until you see a reset indicator or light flash.
:three: Check your phone’s audio balance:
• On Android: Settings → Accessibility → Audio and On‑Screen Text → Audio → Balance.
• On iPhone: Settings → Accessibility → Audio/Visual → Audio Balance.
• On Samsung: Settings → Accessibility → Hearing Enhancements → Connected Audio.

:backhand_index_pointing_right: Note: Shifting the balance left makes the left earbud louder and the right quieter; shifting right makes the right louder and the left quieter.
:four: Try connecting to a different Bluetooth device to see if the issue remains — this helps identify if the problem lies in the earbuds or your phone’s settings.

If none of these methods solve it, the earbud may need technical inspection or replacement.
