my neighbor had to borrow the truck to get a washing machine and then decides to bring me a gift card and chocolate. really not needed but thank you.

Very kind of you to help them out with lending their truck, and also very kind of them to want to give you something in return. I guess the gift card and chocolate cost less than the cost of a truck rental so its a win win situation all round really.
