My Omni C20 used to work fine. Then after sometime it used to disconnect it self from the internet. I relocated it right below my router. Then the issue got fixed. Now it is connected just fine it cannot perform room or zone cleaning and goes back home. It has been such a frustrating time this robot vacuum. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I ended up resetting the robot and remapped my home. Since then, “knock on wood” I haven’t had any issue. So I suggest to try that.
