My Q20i are awe

My Q20i are awesome. They work great for work. They are all day comfy. Just a few cons… Sometimes my hair or finger gets pinched in the folding sections, And when I use discord it will disconnect every time it gets down 10%. I.e. disconnect at 90, then 80, then 70, etc. If anyone knows a fix for that let me know. It also happens with my sound core earbuds.
