My R50i NC’s left earbuds battery drains fast. I’ve reset it but it is still draining fast. Is there any solutions to the issue? Thanks

I think I might have solved the problem. I didn’t turn on the ANC and just used normal mode. But I hope there would be an update so that I would still be able to use ANC and not drain the batteries fast

To clarify, the earbuds can generally last about 6.5 hours in ANC mode and around 8 hours in Normal mode at 50% volume. Please note that playtime can vary slightly depending on music content, volume level, and usage patterns. When making or receiving calls, battery life will be shorter since calls consume more power. Also, a difference of less than 1 hour between the left and right earbud is considered normal.
If the difference is beyond 1 hour or playtime seems unusually short, please try the following steps:
Use a dry cloth or cotton swab with a bit of rubbing alcohol to clean the charging pins in the case and on the earbuds. Make sure the ear tips aren’t blocking the connectors and that both earbuds charge fully.
