My select go 4 randomly shuts off sometimes when I am blitzing through the app. Any help?

That happens when the speaker is set to a high volume when it’s not plugged to any changing source. Use it ata minimal volume when it’s not plugged in. My soundcore motion Q does that also and I expect there would have been some improvement.
