My settings are set to record for two minutes even if motion stops and I have the best internet equipment. Why do my clips cut short when needed the most?

Same issue here. Have tried homebase 2 and 3. Maximum I get is 15 seconds.
Additionally I record audio, but it only records audio from the visors/ delivery person.
They may as well not have the features because if used in an evidential scenario, this footage would be discarded as it doesn’t indicate what both parties have said.
I’ve highlighted this to eufy during my 5 week ongoing saga with them. This like everything else, including the bugs on the base 2 going back to 2021 still not fixed

Interestingly enough I now have this if I try to post haha. I’ve been in contact with their support directly for 5 weeks. I’ve just been posting about my experience. It would appear they don’t encourage honesty and only want people to know what they feel they should know. This is definitely a questionable brand.
