My eufy smart lock has stopped working completely. This is the second one I have acquired after the first one did the same thing. I had a lot of heavy rain and all of a sudden my lock has stopped responding. I have changed the batteries… tried holding the reset button and nothing works! The app does not recognise the lock either.
Is there any explanation for why this is occurring?
