I sent them in email/video issue on the app last week addressing the the activity zones. I’ve sent them a few. Who knows if they even read them.
I ordered a pair of 6 watt solar panels on Amazon when I first purchased the cameras for $32. We’ll worth the upgrade. They work great but are a larger than the oem panels. I found the 7 watt panels were too large.
solar charging with no sun?
The solar panels seem to be pretty efficient and effective. The devices are charging right now and it’s cloudy with rain on and off. If its light out they seem to be charging at some capacity.

Your S340 has survived and managed to operate in minus-10 conditions?
My first S340 had to be replaced as minus 2 Northern England ice disabled the pan and tilt mechanism.
What part? The minus 10 conditions not effecting the operational performance of the S340?
I never said that temperature doesn’t affect the device’s performance. During the summer the device is usually at at ~95%. During the winter it dips down into the low 80s. This is the battery graph of my device over the past 7 days vs. the weather.
Do you have an S340? What has your experience been?
I did the same, they replied and theirs engineering team forced an update on my device that fixed it
