Can you move it over a little so it can see past the bushes? Maybe up a little higher.

My camera has the same positioning issue due to the branches. I certainly don’t want to trim them, but they block the view and generate false positive motion.

Maybe mount it higher then. I have cameras mounted a lot higher than recommended and they still pick up motion
