Neighbors hacked my cameras and keep deleting videos that they are in. Eufy keeps asking questions such as when and where I purchased the cameras. I bought them from Verizon 3 years ago, which is a non factor when nefarious behavior is happening.l
Try changing your eufy app password.
Don’t know if it matters, but I would change the router password also.
Change your password on your Wi-Fi and on your app for eufy cameras
