My new doorbell doesn’t detect any motion until I am standing within 5 feet. I have sensitivity all the way up so it should detect any motion at all. It has current firmware and I tried everything from a soft reset to factory reset. If this is how this works I’ll send it back through Amazon as defective. Is this a common problem?
