New C35 4 camera kit with mini base. One of the 4 cameras will NOT link/sync. Won’t beep. Can’t find any customer support or what to do with one defective camera. Fully charged. Other 3 done just fine.

Try holding the SYNC button down for 10 to 12 seconds or until you hear it beep twice, that should reset the camera and then try to add the camera to the app.
Nope. Tried it. No beep. Not for two or for ten seconds. Irregular flashing that wasn’t anything like the other three.
Finally found a customer support number and the first guy was helpful and planned to replace it, subsequent communication has been like trying to communicate with a tree stump. Considering return the entire kit.
