Installed video doorbell…it supposed to send notification on phone when bell is pressed…didnt happen…uploaded log and pics to tech support…they kept asking me to upload logs. And pics… even tho i correctly synced to my phone. As i followed instructions…wifi. Bluetooth. Battery fully charged. I had all notification buttons turned on……save yourself the head ache from faulty junk and very bad useless customer service…
Piece of garbage…i correctly installed it as per directions…didnt work…then i contacted tech support….they told me to upload logs and pics. Which i did a few times over … the cluckheads kept asking me to upload logs……again. Which i did…save yourself from dealing with junk and a bunch of cluckheads
