only been working for 3 days, crazy thing is that he saw me putting up that camera earlier
He saw you installing the camera and still decided to try and steal? 
That’s a clear sign that he’s too much of an idiot and you probably wouldn’t want him working for you anyway.
Maybe he thinks the camera is just a decoy
Sad thing is that he was a really good waiter just dumber as a box of rocks

Did he actually take anything? I don’t see anything in his hands when he walked away. Sill bad going through someone else’s stuff 
the day before the other staff member came in and told me someone went through his bag and wallet and his card and 50 dollars was missing. I couldn’t prove it since there was no camera down there.
I ordered the camera on Amazon and it was delivered overnight.
i confronted this staff member with the video and ask what he was doing going through people stuff and he said he didn’t know what he was thinking doing that. Then I asked him someone is missing a debit card and cash and he was so dumb to say it was only 50 dollars and he will pay it back.
