Complete newbie here - new L60 SES robot cleaner arrived yesterday afternoon.
Quick Q - I want to also use upstairs and create a 2nd map - do I need to also bring the base unit upstairs too?

I have a room that is lower than may main floor so I just pick it up and had it map that room separately as a different space and works fine. It can’t find the base so returns to start point. I then just pick it up put it near base and press return home everything is fine
