I am new to eufy, so don’t take this comment wrong. I purchased the E340 Video Doorbell and the S120 Wall Light to see if I liked the product line. I had heard good comments about the camera and thought it would be a good start. Have had a mountain of problems getting specific, but necessary things to work. I am administrator and gave my wife the same level. The doorbell has consistently rang to her iPhone 14 Pro Max, but it is hit and miss to ring to my iPhone 17 Pro Max. I have tried unsuccessfully for hours to use the AI help to try to straighten this out. When I call in for a life person I always get the AI person, Jessica. Sorry, but as smart as she may be, she can’t help me. Actually, I do like Jessica, but she doesn’t have the expertise to solve my problem. And a doorbell that doesn’t ring, is a deal breaker to me. And in closing, the S120 Wall Light doesn’t stay on long enough to even get out of my car. Any suggestions on how to prolong the duration of the light? I want to keep the devices, but if I can’t solve these problems, I will have to bail before I spend money on the S4 cameras for the perimeter of my home. Any suggestions would help. Maybe you have experienced these problems and been able to fix them. I’d love to hear.
