I have an S330, that’s just the doorbell camera and Homehub2. At home I can connect to my doorbell’s live feed on my Android mobile phone and my iPad on the same WiFi network with no problems. I can’t connect at work during the day, this appears to be because the app is trying to connect using mobile data instead of the NHS WiFi that my phone is connected to when I am at work. There is NO mobile phone coverage where I work in a rural area with no masts so I can’t use my phone to make or receive calls and texts. I emailed Eufy support and they said to go to WiFi settings in the app for the doorbell and set WiFi connection. No such setting exists in the app. I am ready to return it to Amazon.
