No notification from eufyCam2

Has anyone experienced this issue? I have been using eufyCam2C cameras for 3 months now…and I have been generally satisfied. I decided to upgrade my garage eufyCam2C to the eufyCam2. However since installing the cam…I hardly get notifications for the exact same activity zones that I used with the eufyCam2C.

I have tried the usual recommendations…sync…restart etc but to no avail.

I am still awaiting a response from eufy Support but if anyone out there has any suggestions I would certainly appreciate it.

I am now thinking of just using the eufyCam2c and return the eufyCam2

@squidddddy I have the Eufy Cam2 and Cam2 Pros. Fortunately, I get all my alerts…BUT my problem is after their app update I struggle to see the recordings correctly. There’s lots of lag or skipping in the videos. I didn’t have these problems before :man_facepalming:t2:

In regards to your notifications, check your settings on each camera (motion and notification)…start there and see if that might be the issue.

@squidddddy Out of curiosity, does the Cam2 record an event and not alert you…or is it not picking up anything (that your previous 2C picked up)?
