No notifications

We set up our doorbell and I’m not recieving ANY notifications at all on my phone though all the notifications are turned on.
Yesterday when setting it up we got notified and then we had to replace the transformer and set up the doorbell again and now, not one notification at all.

Not sure what else to do. If the camera records or a motion sets it off shouldn’t I get a notification?
The only way I see that there is recordings is going into the app and clicking the little bell thing to see that things recorded.

What phone are you using?
If on android, check whether the app has any form of battery optimization applied to it. Turning that off seems to do wonders for some folks.
Also, check the android notification settings, so not in the app, but the system itself. Maybe something is disabled there.
