Not getting any firmware updates ? doorbell still on 2.2.1.1

Hi there,

I’m constantly having issues with firmware updates, whether it’s the base station, cameras or battery doorbell.

Now it’s my doorbell. It just sits there with no mention of firmware update and says it’s on version 2.2.1.1

I would really like an explanation from eufy why I’m not getting the updates and it only works when they push it to me or I need to reboot the base station.

Now rebooting the base station doesn’t solve the problem. Battery doorbell still on 2.2.1.1 and there’s no option in the menu to check on new firmware.

This is really annoying…

In this case, could you please let us know your eufy account and the serial number of your doorbell device?
