Not interested anymore of earning points because i just wasted my time posting and earning points and later they just reset it to zero.
but when i look my soundcore account it was there not moving.
Have you raised this with support? I’ve not experienced and did use my acquired points for a discount off a website purchase.
Possibly an issue due to the unification of all brands under Anker…?
