not sure how comes the doorbell only stitched the end together even though it should have captured the face more accurately.

Maybe turning the motion detection sensitivity higher so it captures them sooner.
I can give it a go, problem is when I did have it on higher, it would pick up people walking past our drive. Even when activity zone saying not to pick it up. (I assume shadows triggered it)
If possible leave “All Other Motions” unchecked and only leave “Human Detection” checked. My camera would do the same thing until i changed those settings. Hope it helps.
