Hi, I have problem with notifications sound, I can’t received any sound when the message showed

Here too. Since 2 days the system won’t beep when in the settings I did activate it.

Hi.
I had the same issue, but then I checked the sound options on my phone settings. Notification sound was on silent, therefore only vibrating. Once I put the sound up, it all works fine now.

I have this problem also. Using Eufy Outdoor Cam Pro and Android Moto G the notification symbol appears but there is no sound. I have checked phone settings and notifications are not silent. Have you been able to find a solution? Thanks
