I have 5 Eufy outdoor light/cameras. Around a couple days after Halloween 4 our of the 5, all floodlights, will only play the phone’s default tone. The one that works fine is Wired Wall Light Cam S100 and phone is a Pixel 9.
Now, this doesn’t mean that in Notifications in the Eufy app changed. They are still set where I want them. But, the notification tone itself is the default phone notification.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but still no change.
I have changed the tone, then back to what I want. Still no change.
I noticed when I go into the app details and change the default tone it WILL use that one, but I want different sounds for each light as they are in different places.
What’s up with that?
I have seen others where one person said a solution was settings, notifications, advanced… but that’s not an option on my Pixel 9.
Sorry, let me correct myself, we fixed this issue and submitted the new version of 4.9.32 to the App Store on 20th November, you may get an upgrade in a few days.
