I wonder if anyone can help or advise me ?
I have 2k Doorbell & c2 pro & floodlight.
I wont to receive notifications only from my doorbell but not from my other devices.
anyone know how to set this?
ATM all my devices notifications are set to silence except the doorbell.
And yet when doorbell is pressed I get no notifications at all.
Hi, so you only want to be notified when someone presses the doorbell button… Give this a try. Go into the Doorbell Settings - Notifications and toggle ON Doorbell Ring & toggle OFF Motion, then scroll down to the App Alert Tones ~ Ring Alerts tap on it and make sure you have a sound set.

I have tried this already.
Right now i have all notifications turned on ( motion & doorbell) in the app and on my phone notifications settings.
I am not getting any notification right now they all stopped…
Maybe there’s a glitch in the app where it’s not just taking the setting?
Have you restarted your phone since then?
