Now I know that Best Buy decided to deliver my package five days late at almost 6 PM and then when I didn’t answer because I had to leave for something at church. I planned to stay home all day the date they told me it would be delivered. they ended up taking it and now I can’t get the $210 off and there is no re-delivery or switch to pickup. It will cost $110 more. They lied and didn’t enter a missed delivery, but actions in my part. Best Buy has a long way to go to make this right, not just match the price.
