The deer love eating our plants and bushes and some tree leaves I guess they just think it’s there’s. Do you have your camera light set to strobe when it detects something? Or is there a issue with it? That would drive me crazy either light on or off for me but you do you lol.
Yes, I do have the camera light on. But sometimes the light doesn’t turn on. 
It’s a deer way to find out
