Offline Notifications

I just installed my E330 cameras, but when my wi-fi goes offline, I’m not receiving notifications. I’ve searched for how to turn them on, but the instructions are not anything I’m seeing in my app. Can someone please help? When I put in a support ticket, my experience has been a run around and 2 days to answer.

When a eufy camera is offline, the eufySecurity app will display a warning sign. To enable offline notifications, you can:

Scroll down to the camera settings menu
Toggle the offline notification button

Hi, sorry for the late response. I checked internally it is normal if the camera goes offline, then the App can not receive notifications.

Could you please paste the screenshot here where it shows the tips ‘Scroll down to the camera settings menu’, 'Toggle the offline notification button '.
