Ok community I need help.I bought this keypad refurbished about a year ago and now it’s malfunctioning but in order to get any kind of help with a replacement I need a serial number because the tagging of the information has yellowed for some reason I think because of heat exposure and the numbers and the text are not legible can somebody please help me with a serial number thank you so much!
Where did you purchase it from?
Hi, I don’t have the keypad, but I think you can find the serial number in the settings for the keypad in the app.
Settings» General» About Device.
Let me know if it works.
Yes I purchased it in a bundle with a HomeBase 2,cameras and some entry sensors.o yeah and a motion sensor.I have since had to replace the HomeBase and a camera.that was almost 2 months ago.Now I am experiencing syncing issues with the replaced HomeBase and the keypad with I think probably was problematic when I thought it was other stuff per "Shane: the CSM that doesn’t do his job, won’t replace unless I have the serial number for the keypad. So now I’m stuck with a yellowed label that I can’t even read with a magnifying .I’m not sure the only thing I have ever seen where the label is yellow is from excessive heat???idk but I’m stuck.Anyway thanks for the time:+1:
Can you not go into the eufy app settings for the keypad, then into about and the SN should be there.
Not if it won’t sync, it has no info to feed to the app…so… But thank you anyway
You should be able to see it in settings as stated above.
If you have the box it came in, on the outside you should see a tiny label that has serial number on it.
