Are you using Homebase with your SoloCam C210 as your recording are not in sync and keeps stopping and starting ?

It is connected to the home base it doesn’t always do that but every once and awhile it gets glitchy. Not sure if it’s the weather but most of the time it’s perfectly fine I might go out and try resetting it. The camera is pretty far from the house and home base, it’s mounted behind the shed in the back yard

Thanks for the detailed reply why I ask is I had the same but never had it before until the app update 26/3/2025 only happened since then .so now I have set up cameras to WiFi watched signal from all cameras only dropping by one bar on two of the cameras so moved Homebase now it don’t drop any signal bar on cameras but now router drops by one bar so getting cable to move router then I will know it not signal issue it happens with Ethernet connection to Homebase or Homebase set to it’s WiFi .

Hope it works for you. I just went out and held the sync button till it beeped and I think that does a reset. It now is connecting right away and seems to stay connected only time will tell if it is better

Haven’t tried the sync yet though I had to take them down and put by my Homebase for it to sync.will try that after new cable .had a different brand camera setup for years never had one problem

I haven’t tried any other brands but there have been issues lately with Eufy since some of their different updates. I’ve had a few but not as severe as others say they are having. Seems to be more android phones. Hope they get them sorted. I can go months without any issues then have a few but I think there more because of WiFi. I have 9 E330 pro, 2 C210, 2 S300, powered doorbell, garage door control camera and E220 indoor pan and tilt as well as 6 water leak/freeze sensors for fish tanks, water heater, boiler and air conditioning catch pans You can say I have a Eufy addition problem lol but for the most part I’m happy with them and their customer support.

Yeah hope they can fix all the issues soon .you have a lot of eufy products.the only eufy product I can recommend is the entry sensors that work every time never lose signal and can go a long distance
